HD MINI Camera Module

• The IMX230 is a 21-megapixel CMOS active pixel stacked image sensor with a diagonal of 7.487 mm (type 1/2.4) and a square pixel array. It uses ExmorRS technology. "High-speed image capture is achieved through column-parallel A/D converter circuits, and high sensitivity and low-noise images (compared to conventional CMOS image sensors) are achieved through a back-illuminated imaging pixel structure. High dynamic range still images and videos can be achieved by introducing spatial multiplexing exposure technology. It is equipped with a variable integration time for the electronic shutter. It can use three power supply voltages and achieve low power consumption. The customizable size enables seamless integration into various devices and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

• The IMX230 21MP HDR autofocus MIPI camera module is designed for high-end cameras that require excellent image quality. The module is equipped with the Sony IMX230 sensor with a resolution of up to 5360*4032, ensuring rich details and clear and sharp images. The HDR function now supports still images and 4K video shooting functions. It can shoot stunning 4K 60fps HDR (high dynamic range) videos with outstanding shadows and highlights and excellent clarity.
